Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the home decor items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, cushions, or accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture or accessories, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
